We are creating opportunities to involve young people and their influencers in STEM and Digital Education
Our Vision
Creating The Future Today
Start Early

Priority Areas
Our initiatives and advocacies are designed to address challenges in education such as:
- Low interest and engagement in STEM from a young age particularly among girls
- Narrow view of possible career options available
To address this, we organize different programs for young people with the aim of inspiring an early interest in STEM, creating awareness of other career paths that a child
can follow etc. Our engagements include but are not limited to:
- STEM in School: We train STEM ambassadors to go into schools and engage young people in different STEM activities, digital training and robotics engineering while
prioritizing the use of local materials in explaining some STEM concepts. - Career Showcase: We engage young people in schools in career talks with the aim of exposing them to other career options and increasing their awareness of alternative
career paths in STEM. - Programmes(Digistem et al)
- Sponsored STEM and Digital Events: We seek funding for more rigorous engagement from different sponsors to organize STEM and Digital events for young people.

We organize upskilling and awareness training for stakeholders in the education sector such as teachers, proprietors, government personnels etc. The training empowers teachers with new knowledge and skills that can enable them to improve their delivery in the classroom. We cover topics such as integrating STEM activities into teaching, identifying bias such as gender stereotyping as pertaining to STEM jobs. The training for other stakeholders also increases awareness on the need for government and proprietors to provide an enabling environment for educators to be more effective.
We believe that the family is a major influence on young people and increasing awareness in STEM education, Digital education and career for parents could have a cascading effect on young people. That’s why we seek to engage parents on this front through the organization of impact and awareness events.
